PRICING

Double Occupancy is the price when two people share a cabin. Single Occupancy is the price when one person has a cabin to themself.

The quoted prices are based upon the cruise line randomly selecting your cabin number and deck number, which may result in a lower deck. You may request to choose a higher deck, but please know it may result in a higher price. You will be given the new price before your changes are made and then you can decide if you would like to move forward with the changes or not.

If you pay to ride the bus with us from Natchitoches to Dallas, you must arrive at the pickup location on time for our 7am departure.

The initial/advertised group pricing is good until July 8, 2026. Any booking made after July 8th will be subject to the current price at the time of booking.

If you pay by PayPal, debit card or credit card, a 5% payment processing fee will be billed to you.

Additional Information

Travel Insurance:

Your trip is a BIG investment. If you do not want to risk losing 100% of the money you invest to travel, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance with a “Cancel for Any Reason” plan. We encourage you to do your own due diligence by researching and finding the best plan for YOU. We will suggest companies, but you are not obligated to use any travel insurance we have suggested.

Deposit, Terms and Policies:

The deposit for this cruise is $25 if you are booking the cruise only and will be driving yourself to the cruise port. The deposit is $125 if you are booking the cruise and the roundtrip bus ride from Natchitoches, LA to Dallas, TX. Deposits are due at the time of booking to secure your cabin and/or seat on the bus. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Your remaining balance must be paid in full by July 19, 2026. If you pay by PayPal, debit card or credit card, a 5% payment processing fee will be added to your trip cost. If you use Klarna, Afterpay or Affirm, a 8% payment processing fee will be added to your trip cost. If you wish to avoid Payment processing fees, you must pay via cash, cashier's check, money order or Zelle. Service@worldwidegudlyfe.com is the email address associated with the Zelle account.

Exclusions:

Flights, Transportation To/From Airport or Cruise Port (unless you paid the fee to include transportation), Drink Packages, WIFI Packages, Travel Insurance, Specialty Restaurant Meals, Excursions, Spa Treatments, Optional Add-ons, Personal Expenses, Gratuities, Souvenirs, Any Costs You Incur During Your Cruise or Excursions, And Anything Not Listed Under “What’s Included.”

Need To Knows:

Please let us know of any known food, skin, respiratory and/or insect/animal allergies as soon as possible. Please let us know if anything in the itinerary conflicts with your health. Although we cannot guarantee modifications, we will do our best to try to accommodate your needs.

Name Changes:

A name change fee of $75 will apply for any name changes that are made after July 8th. Please note only one name change will be allowed per cabin. Two name changes within that same cabin will result in applicable cancellation penalties. Two names changes in the same cabin is considered a cancellation. Terms and penalties would apply.

Cancellation Policy:

July 21, 2026 $100 Penalty

August 10, 2026 50% Penalty

September 05, 2026 75% Penalty

September 20, 2026 100% Penalty

No Self Service Laundry Facilities:

There are no self service laundry facilities onboard. You must have your laundry and/or ironing done by crew members for a fee.

Boarding Ship With Drinks Policy:

Wine/Champagne: One 750ml bottle per adult (21+) allowed in carry-on luggage only. Additional bottles will be confiscated. A $15 corkage fee applies if you drink your own wine in the dining room or bar.

Non-Alcoholic Drinks (Juice/Water/Soda): Each guest can bring a small quantity—up to 12 sealed, unopened cans or cartons of 12oz each or less.

Prohibited Items: No liquor, beer, or hard alcohol. No plastic or glass bottles for non-alcoholic drinks (except for small liquids like milk/distilled water for infants or medical needs).

Where to Pack: All drinks must be in your carry-on luggage. Do not pack them in luggage you will check in at the port to be delivered to your cabin.

Port Day Exception: You may bring up to 12 sealed, non-alcoholic canned/cartoned drinks (like soda or juice) back on board with you at each port.
